This notice explains how NOXON Projects Ltd ("we", "us") uses personal data sent to us through this website, by email or by phone. We are the data controller.

What we collect

• Details you enter in the quote form: name, email, phone (optional), site postcode (optional), type of work and your project description.
• Anything you tell us later by email, phone or on site while we prepare a quote or carry out work.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies on this website. Your browser stores your chosen language and text size locally on your device so the site remembers them; this is never sent to us.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quote — taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• To carry out and manage the work if you hire us — performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
• To keep business, tax and accounting records — legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).

We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails unless you separately ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business, under contract and only for that purpose:

• Netlify (website hosting)
• Google (email and the spreadsheet where enquiries are logged)
• Our accountant, insurers and, where a project requires it, the designers, building control body and subcontractors working on your project

When you visit the site, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and some illustrative photos from Unsplash. These providers receive your IP address to deliver the files. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, they rely on UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Client and project records: 6 years after the end of the project (12 years where a deed applies), to meet tax and contractual requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or transfer it. Email info@noxonprojectsltd.co.uk; we reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, 0303 123 1113.

Changes

We will update this page if the way we use personal data changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
